Our approach
Rigor, with a human touch
No two questions are alike — but how we get to an answer you can trust never changes.
Rigor you can defend
Methods chosen for the question, not the fad. Every finding traces to evidence you can stand behind.
Mixed methods by default
Qualitative and quantitative together — the number, and the honest “why” underneath it.
Built to be acted on
We lead with the “so what,” and hand you decisions to make — not dashboards to decode.
Expertise
Where we focus our work
Four research areas that shape how organizations compete. Most engagements blend across them, because real questions rarely stay in one.
Process
How we work with you
Research is a conversation, not a transaction. We listen, design, execute, and deliver insights that move the needle.
FAQ
How long does research take?
It depends on what you're asking. A focused study might take four to six weeks. A comprehensive project could run three to four months. We'll give you a timeline upfront so you know what to expect.
Do you work with small companies?
Yes. We've worked with startups and Fortune 500 companies. The size of your organization doesn't matter. What matters is that you have a real question that needs answering.
Can you work in our industry?
We've done research across most industries. But even if we haven't worked in yours, we know how to learn fast. We'll understand your market and your customers.
What if we don't know what we need?
That's where we start. We'll talk through your challenges and help you figure out what research will actually help. Sometimes the best insight is realizing what question you should be asking.
How much does research cost?
Projects range from $15,000 to $50,000 and up, depending on scope and complexity. We'll work with your budget and scope the project accordingly. There's no one-size-fits-all price because no two projects are the same.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits and small businesses?
We do. We can offer pricing flexibility, and we'll also work with you to design more cost-effective studies — scoping the research so it still reaches your goals within a smaller budget.
